At Onuia, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, unworn, and with any original tags, packaging, accessories, and documentation included.

Please do not send products back without first contacting us and receiving return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at contact@onuiastore.com. Please include your order number and relevant details so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

If you would like a different product, size, color, or variation, contact us at contact@onuiastore.com. Availability is not guaranteed. Depending on the circumstances, you may be asked to return the original item and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank, card issuer, or payment provider to process and post the refund to your account.
